Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply when you use the Service, including the free demo round, and when you pay for full access. Please read them before you pay. By paying for access or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't pay for or use the Service.
In short: NPR 500 unlocks every practice round on one device. You get your code by SMS after we confirm your payment. Payments aren't refundable once your code has been sent, except in the cases listed in section 5. We're an independent practice site, not connected with RBB or Lok Sewa Aayog, and we don't promise exam results.
1. Independent service, not affiliated
- The Service is an independent exam-practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB), the Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) or any government body.
- We use names such as "RBB", "Rastriya Banijya Bank" and "Level 5 IT" only to describe which exam the practice material is meant for.
- For official syllabus, notices and exam rules, always refer to the Public Service Commission and the official RBB vacancy notice.
2. What the Service includes
- One free demo round, open to everyone.
- With paid access, all other practice rounds currently on the Service. Each round is a timed set of multiple-choice questions marked in the style of the exam, with results and a review of your answers.
- The Service is for practice and self-assessment only. We may add, correct, remove or regroup questions and rounds at any time, for example when we add new questions or fix mistakes.
- Your answers, scores and progress are saved only in your own browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and we can't recover them.
3. Price, payment and delivery of your code
- The price for paid access is NPR 500, paid once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Before you pay, you enter your mobile number. Then pay with the QR code shown and write the same mobile number in the payment remarks, so we can match your payment to you.
- We check each payment by hand. Once it is confirmed, we send a one-time unlock code by SMS to that mobile number. This usually happens the same day. If you haven't received a code within 2 working days, contact us with your payment receipt.
- You are responsible for giving a correct mobile number. If you forgot the remark or entered the wrong number, contact us with your payment receipt and we will sort it out.
4. Your unlock code and device
- Each code is for one person on one device and browser. You enter it once, and that browser stays unlocked.
- If you change phone, use a different browser or clear your browser data, contact us. We will reset your code so you can enter it again on your new device. We may limit how often this is done.
- Your code is personal. You may not share, sell or publish it. We may revoke a code without refund if it is shared, resold or misused, or if someone tries to get around the one-device limit.
5. Refunds
- Because access is digital and is given as soon as your code is sent, payments are final and non-refundable once your code has been sent.
- We will refund you, to the account you paid from, if:
- you paid more than once for the same access by mistake (we refund the extra payment);
- we can't give you a working code within 7 days of your confirmed payment; or
- we close the Service within 30 days of your payment.
- To ask for a refund, contact us with your payment receipt and mobile number. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Nepal.
6. How long access lasts
- Access lasts for as long as we run the Service. It is meant for preparing for the RBB Level 5 IT exam and is not a lifetime licence.
- We may close the Service. If we do, we will post a notice on the site at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.
7. The questions and copyright
- The practice questions were collected and adapted from publicly available exam-preparation material, past exam patterns, standard IT textbooks and similar sources. We don't claim ownership of third-party material.
- The way the questions are selected and arranged, and the website's software and design, belong to Code Pariwar Pvt. Ltd.
- You may use the Service for your own personal exam preparation only. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, publish, sell or share the paid questions, and you may not extract them in bulk (for example by scraping).
- Copyright concerns: if you believe any content on the Service uses your work without permission, contact us on WhatsApp at 9810045698 with details of the content and of your rights. We will review it promptly and remove or change the content where appropriate.
8. Accuracy and no guarantee
- We try to keep questions and answers correct, but some may contain mistakes or may not match the current syllabus. The Service is provided "as is". Please tell us about any mistake you find so we can fix it.
- Using the Service does not guarantee that you will pass or be selected, or that the real exam will contain the same or similar questions.
- We aim to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or internet issues.
9. Privacy: what we collect and why
- Your mobile number, when you request payment details, so we can match your payment and send your code.
- Unlock records: the times your code was created and used, and the type of device and browser it was used on (for example "Android, Chrome"). We keep these to enforce the one-device rule and to settle questions about whether a code was used.
- Your IP address, held for up to one hour, only to stop repeated code guessing and spam requests.
- We store codes only in a scrambled (hashed) form that can't be turned back into the code. Your quiz answers and scores never leave your browser.
- We use this information only to run and support the Service and to prevent misuse. We don't sell it or share it with anyone, unless the law requires us to. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes it on our behalf.
- You can ask us to delete your mobile number and records. If you have an active code, deleting them also ends your access.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you won't try to get paid content without a valid code, interfere with the site, guess or share codes, or use automated tools to access it. We may revoke access for misuse without refund.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the extent allowed by the laws of Nepal, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These include your exam results, career outcomes, or decisions made on the basis of any question or answer on the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for access (NPR 500).
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Any dispute we can't resolve that way will be handled by the competent courts of Nepal.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date above will change. The Terms in force when you paid apply to your purchase. Later changes won't reduce the access you have already paid for.
